I assume from the Catalogue number that this was Feeder's first official promo of any great numbers.
Interestingly, it comes with what looks like commercial sleeve which features a commercial catalogue number (i.e. ECHMC 9) which is odd because as far as I can tell, the album was only ever released on CD and Vinyl LP!
I'm only aware of a couple of copies of these surfacing on the secondary market!
