This appears to be a record label fore-runner of the now highly common CDR promos for singles ... I've only ever seen one offered for sale!
Interestingly, the song "Wishing For The Sun" is here entitled "When The Morning Comes", which, given the lyrics of the song, would be a more appropriate title, but I guess it's just not as poetic as the eventual title. Whether this was in fact the original name for the song or just a cock-up in the titling I don't know, but I shall try and find out!
